传播一个孕后期小TIP。之所以说是传播，也是因为看到其他姐妹们的经验之谈。

怀孕进入第32周，开始有了另一种难言之隐——便秘。以前看其他的怀孕姐妹们说自己如何的难受，一点体会都没有。于我，如厕是件很顺畅的事情，这也是我皮肤保持得比较清爽的根源，每天清晨一起床，不出3分钟便有需求，从未发生过障碍。

但上周起，每次上厕所需伴随一定的幻想，诸如火车呼啸着钻过山洞，或水槽堵头拔出，随着艰难程度的提高，拔堵头的幻想已经不怎么管用了，得换成通下水道的水拔了。这让我有些痛苦。

从昨天清晨直到今天傍晚，我只有进食，没有出路，这让我郁闷得不行，眼见着胃口越来越小，满桌子的佳肴浅尝辄止，而身体笨重得根本无法前行。毒素不能排出则郁积攻心，非常烦躁，表现在不许猫咪进我的房间陪我睡觉，不许劳工当我的面吃东西，不许大家上厕所，因为我听不得旁人冲厕所的酣畅之声。

上网一查资料，说是怀孕后，体内分泌大量的孕激素，引起胃肠道肌张力减弱、肠蠕动减慢。不断增大的子宫压迫胃肠道，尤其是妊娠晚期、胎头入盆后，胃肠道特别是直肠受到的机械性压力越来越明显，但说的那些解决方法我都一一尝试了，效果不甚明显。我想另一个造成便秘的原因是活动的减少。进入第九个月，我的身体明显笨重，活动量稍微大一点就气喘如牛，汗如雨下，累得不行，这让我从以前的超级活跃型改蛰伏了。

就近找一厕所速速坐下，就两个字——震撼！效果太显著了。

推荐有宿疾的姐妹们尝试一下。不过一次不要喝多，不要急功近“痢”。一次喝个大约200毫升的样子，略等上一个钟头。我就是一次喝太多了，1000毫升的大约不剩一两百了。现在的结果就比较悲惨，止不住。
