life sucks!!!

although the new year did not start with a bang, but today I thought was going to be a good day... my portfolio was up almost $30K on the day, definitely one of the best days so far. and then came a call from one of my best friends, by the time the call is finished, the market has tanked, and my day's gain has been reduced to less than $10K...and I am upset as hell. actually, I think the issue might be the difficulty in handling changes. a woman goes to work and start to make some money, or gets a promotion, or with some coworker's seduction, and the balance in family is broke. all the sudden the outside life seems more tempting...

I just can't believe this is yet another marriage to be disolved. now my friend is worried about his marriage and his money.
