人民网北京1月15日电 （邓志慧、彭心韫）“责任中国”人民网2013年度评选揭晓仪式今日上午在人民日报社举行。通过网友的踊跃投票，评选出2013年度人民网“最受欢迎十大嘉宾”。获奖者（按姓氏笔画排序）及获奖理由如下：

公方彬（国防大学教授）获奖理由：解析军队改革三方面，提出网络斗争是世界军事斗争新走向，推进军民融合需创新和规划，总结中国梦的实现，须有强军梦来支撑。

六六（知名女作家）获奖理由：上海“毒校服事件”后，六六怒发微博，质疑校服交易存“猫腻”，呼吁家长“讨论出问责上海教委的方案并期望达成的目标”。

刘思齐（毛泽东原大儿媳）获奖理由：适逢毛泽东诞辰120周年，刘思齐最想对主席说：爸爸，我非常想念你。对毛主席印象最深的就是他对生活的艰苦朴素。
