诊断医患关系，《心术》属治愈系

 如果你见识过太多尔虞我诈的医疗剧，《心术》就是用来换口味的——没有“格蕾”们丰富混乱的感情生活，不会遇上豪斯近乎怪癖的诊断思路，或许也没法回答太多关于医疗内幕的尖锐问题，但在很多医疗系统的专家们看来，平实细腻就是该剧最大的优点。该剧由话题女王六六和执导过《牵手》《新亮剑》的导演杨阳联手，用女性的细腻还原了医生们忍辱负重的工作方式以及耍宝调侃的生活一面，拼凑出医护人员的生活碎片。该剧将于5月3日在东方卫视播出。本报记者展娟娟 上海报道

剧情·治愈系
切中医患痛处，但也为医生说话

与不少医疗剧开篇展现生死攸关的急救场面类似，《心术》第一集就以医疗事故直奔医患主题，导致纠纷的原因以往也很常见——先等家属签字还是先救人。垫钱也要做脑部CT抢救病人的医生谷超华，前一分钟还因为手术成功，吆喝着请科室同事吃饭，后一分钟就因为病人在手术过程中突发心脏病死亡被告上法庭，最终在高层“丢卒保车”的压力下辞职离院。

但如果你想看到该剧如《蜗居》那样站在普通百姓的立场上提出质疑，估计要失望了。剧中虽然切中医患痛处，走的却是治愈系，细腻中见温暖幽默。正如该剧一直强调的基调那样，“为医生说话”。

六六说，最开始写这部剧，没想写得不一样。她到上海多家医院考察时，还带着“探究黑幕的心理”。后来她亲眼见证一位医生给病人一针一线缝脑膜，“有那种枪，可以打钉子将脑膜固定上去，但他执意把头发剃掉，再在骨头上一排一排钻上洞，然后穿线连起来把脑膜缝上。后来我才知道，这位病患来自福建山区农村，年收入都负担不起这台手术，一块脑膜要八百多元，他用自己的时间和手艺，替他省了。”六六说，正是这次经历，改变了她最初对医生的成见。

台词·幽默系
“一医生一护士，一孤男一寡女，绝配”

从前两集来看，耍嘴皮子逗观众乐的台词比比皆是。剧中，科室同事撺掇着要升副教授的医生吃饭，美小护不同意，“还请吃鲍鱼呢，就等同于鸡蛋的营养价值，总不能让他花4000块钱就请咱吃俩鸡蛋吧”，之后她调侃“情圣”霍思邈台词也极尽辛辣劲爆，“你不是喜欢搞文艺的女青年，你是喜欢搞文艺女青年吧？”

老三郑艾平劝失血过多的病人别太焦虑同样语出惊人：“人家女人每个月也流很多血。”此外，“一医生，一护士，一孤男，一寡女，绝配！”“你不用化妆就能演反派”，“哪个名医不背几条人命”之类的台词让人印象深刻。

“《蜗居》是2009年9月播的，11月份政府就出台了11道限价令，有朋友跟我开玩笑说，六六你改变了整个中国房市的价格，我觉得还蛮有成就感的。如果《心术》能够改变医患关系的现状就更满意了。”六六说，“我其实很理解病患的心情。整个世界都存在医生和患者之间信息的不对称，病人不知道医生会不会像对待自己的亲人那样对待自己，在他们没有得到更多翔实的信息前，他们心底自然会有质疑，这一点医生也需要理解，彼此增加对对方的信任感。”

我拍这个戏的时候真的没想过要讨好谁，只是希望大家关注这个话题。其实医患关系在体制上有许多需要改进的地方，而不仅仅是医生或者患者的问题。这个戏有残酷的一面，但我觉得以残酷对残酷，以狠对狠无益于化解矛盾，希望大家看到这个归根结底是人的生活态度，以及人与人之间的关系的问题。我们是站在普通人的角度来看这个矛盾，医生和患者都是普通人，医生也有苦恼，是我们生活中的一员，不能割裂开来。我用相对温馨幽默的表演风格，希望让大家看到对方的可爱。——导演杨阳

医生霍思邈（吴秀波饰）

堪称“高富帅”的代表，桀骜不驯但是爱耍宝，被封“情圣”，对病人家属一见钟情展开疯狂追求，与同事合计着隐瞒病情，用来拖住心上人在医院停留的时间。

六六点评：他是反医生的形象，我一直觉得他是天生的反一号。我和吴医生（这个角色的原型）是真正的朋友关系，能够走进彼此心里面的世界的。他第一眼看上去不像个医生，说话没一句正经还浑身是刺，但他有时候笑眯眯有点谐星范儿地跟你说句话，一下就点到你心坎上了。

医生刘晨曦（张嘉译饰）

沉稳谨慎，原本可趁职务之便偷换肾源挽回患绝症的女儿，最后仍一“正”到底。

六六点评：像温柔大叔，医术精湛，很有父爱。
　


护士美小护（海清饰）

古道热肠爱打抱不平，嘴皮子犀利，经常和“铁哥们”霍思邈一唱一和，用海清的话说，这就是个浑身充满爱的希望派。

六六点评：“美小护”是护士这个弱势群体的代表，她们的表达力和观察力不逊于医生，只是很少有机会开口去说。
