从没想过自己会入选上海千人计划，拿到上海绿卡。
我至今都弄不太清楚什么叫千人计划，大约就是在未来五到十年内，引进1000名海外高精尖人才入住上海，吸引他们在上海长期工作居留。
去年底初拿到千人计划的表格，在新加坡常年三伏的天气里硬吓出一身冷汗。除了开头的姓名年龄性别职业以外，其他栏目我只能尴尬留白。第一项是教育履历，要求从本科填起，竟然画了四条杠！对我这样的DIPLOMA文凭持有者是多么大的打击啊！第二项是发表过的国际杂志论文，限前12篇。记住，是限前12篇，意思是还有很多人远不止这数目。我连SCI是什么都不知，更别提按得分高低排序了。第三项是曾经领导过什么项目。我长这么大，项目没领导过，人领导过不少，幼儿园小班孩子算吗？第四项是曾经获得过的奖项。我印象里最后一次获奖项是初中大合唱。
一张信息基本为零的表格被我羞涩交上。只在最后一项补充说明里列出自己曾写过的小说和影视剧作品。之后，我就将这事丢于脑后了。
不过双城生活是很麻烦。孩子越来越大，要上小学了，以前学习是兴趣而至的事情，现在却要步入正轨，周一钢琴，周二数学，周三英文，周四华文，周五跆拳道，全职妈咪什么时候才有空去中国采风出趟差呢？我因孩子在新加坡生活不得不推辞了很多份内应做的工作。很高兴社会对女性的宽容，香港书展邀请我去做个朗读会，我婉拒说照顾孩子是我目前最重要的职业，大家对我这样不求上进的女性却赞美之词溢于言表，我可以冠冕堂皇把陪太子读书当成首要任务挂于口头，而同样的社会对男性，大约就会苛刻许多。一个在事业道路上奋进的男人，你请他去参加一个对事业和形象有提升的会议，他如果答你“对不起，我要在家看孩子”大约就算挥刀断臂自绝于前途了。
有一度，我和先生商量说要退出文坛。其实你退不退的，文坛就在那里，根本没人在意，多少人在此博弈奋斗乐此不疲，你完全不需要把自己办成个巨星告别演唱会那样，只须两三年没有作品，人家就会淡忘你。我先生还笑话我说：“你还挺把自己当个人物。作家啊，就是坐家，你在哪不能写故事？新加坡和中国有什么区别？”
我内心知道有。新加坡是我相夫教子的地方。我在这里可以颐养天年。而上海是故事多发地，听起来有些像“事故多发地”，有冲击有争鸣有困惑才会高产故事。09年写医患关系的故事“心术”，我在上海的医院蹲点半年，期间真的有差点被病患老拳砸脸和被午夜凶铃拿刀对峙的紧张。这种故事，在新加坡，你几乎无法想象。要么就是新加坡也有，只是作为贤妻良母，我压根没有接触的机会。
今年8月的一天，我竟然接到通知，说我入选首批上海千人计划，拿到上海绿卡了。我哈哈大笑！都说中国是人情社会关系社会，但对我这样远居新加坡半年多，谁也不认识，谁也没托过的人来说，竟然一顿酒不喝，一分钱不花就挤进高精尖了！这太不可思议了！这又验证了我眼中的社会：它不像传闻的那样糟糕，也不像理想中那样美好。它就是每天在正常运转。你要做的就是本分做人，勤勉做事，迟早有一天，风水就转到你这里了。谁都不知是哪一天，但它早晚会对努力有犒劳。
