《蜗居》台词涉嫌歧视乙肝病毒携带者招投诉

热播电视剧《蜗居》里一句简单的台词为它招来了投诉。11月25日，一位年轻观众致函国家广播电影电视总局，抗议该剧涉嫌歧视乙肝病毒携带者。他以网名“静心才情”发帖谴责，引起不少观众共鸣。
这位拒绝公开透露姓名的投诉者2008年毕业于广西一所大学，因为携带乙肝病毒，他失去了第一份工作，此后屡次求职受挫。
引起争议的台词出现在《蜗居》第一集，女主角郭海萍在饭前随意地对妹妹郭海藻说了一句：“不洗手，回头得乙肝，找工作都没人要。”
此语令“静心才情”感到“非常生气”。他说，日常生活和工作接触不会传播乙肝病毒，这是医学常识，而这句台词宣扬了错误的乙肝的传播途径，严重误导了大众，制造了公众对乙肝的恐慌。
国内存在着人数上亿的乙肝病毒携带者，在现实生活中，许多人受到不公正待遇。国家为此多次立法，旨在消除歧视。
“静心才情”强调，国家一直都在致力于消除社会中存在的乙肝歧视现象。他援引《中华人民共和国宪法》、《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》以及广电总局《电视剧管理规定》、《电视剧审查管理规定》，希望国家广播电影电视总局撤销《蜗居》的发行许可证。
这位投诉者告诉中国青年报记者：“我希望剧组能够道歉，并且删除涉及乙肝的片段。”
