自己做酸奶
1. Use 1 quart wide mouth mason jar, plug in yogurt maker 2. Fill with nonfat milk, microwave for 6 min (185 degrees) 3. Cool it down then stir 1/2 cup of yogurt from last batch or danon plain. 4. Put in yogurt maker and let sit undisturbed for 8 hours. 5. Put in refrigerator for at least 8 hours. 6. Filter cold yogurt using coffee filter for 20 minutes. 7. After filtering, you'll get Creamy (not runny) and Thick yogurt. 8. Stir in flavorings. I usually add Splenda, Pure Vanilla Extract, and almonds for a delicious low carb treat! You can also add cereal and diced fruit/dried fruit. So many options!
