读作舟的一首诗作
Distance

Tonight
when the evening bell echoes
my heart does not want
to run away.
My hair grow long
thinking of you.
The clouds cannot hide
your floating dress.
Wind lifts up its silk
to reveal your pale ankles
your moon-colored feet.
Nothing lasts forever.
The night air is so sweet.
So sweet.

to run away 被非常句 My hair grow long
thinking of you 紧跟在后，第1段诗意盎然。

第2段造绝。其将非物理现实的“The clouds cannot hide
your floating dress" 写得完全象真的一样。
这一句连同reveal ，pale等词的优美语感，使诗成为一流。
