A tribute to Ahui's Search For The Soul
My darling your highness viper auntie PP,
Mom has been quite upset since she came back home. No matter how much I jumped around her, licked her hands and face all over, she stared at me as if she did not see me. Mom's "walk like a zombie" behaviour bothers me tremendously. I have not seen her for months and I ate, slept, ate again, slept again, just to wait for the day of her return. Now she is back, without the company of her soul.
My happiness and survival depend on Mom's state of mind. From what I observe, this is of course from a dog's perspective, Mom logs on to computer, read and read, searching for her series of so called "cover-up ID"s, like Mr. TG as the most recent suicide, jumping off the 200 something floors into the Indian Ocean, and only you and Mr. Ad (possibly the same person in front and behind the scene) should know that these "cover-up ID"s are real flesh and blood located in different continents.
First thing first, Mom gets up every morning, retreats to her shrine, bows to her idle, and murmurs something I can't understand, something like revival from death, cultural renaissance... I follow her everywhere she goes and she allows me to do so. When I enter the shrine and see the statue of a Field Rat sitting on the alter, I have to gather all the strength to control my urge to leap on the alter and paw the rat, ...My apologies, I am after all a dog and equipped with natural instinct. No disrespect. I know I have to respect what Mom worships, but hey...please...let us respect true religion, no idles.
Now no one dares to get close to Mommy in order to avoid becoming the next victim of the imminent jumping off the floors. From what I understand, in the realm of her universe, whatever you say goes, no questions asked. All the challengers are condemned to hell.
I beg you, your highness, the ultimate immensely super powerful, in the absence of proper execution of existing laws and regulations, ( I say this, because going to Mr Ad to complain about your highness is the same as going to the right hand to complain about the left hand, nothing will be done. The left hand and right hand depend on each other to survive) ...oh, please ... you know what to do. Now I forget what I want to beg you to do.
I know Mom will continue to worship you. She is an ordinary person with average intelligence. She understands fully now that your highness has the supreme power. Your words determines life and death of many or any. In a not-for-profit private enterprise, established with donated resources such as time and money, whatever your highness says goes above and beyond is perfectly alright. However, how this system works reminds me of a country that I have lived, I forgot where. Is it alright for that country to run like a private enterprise? Sorry, sorry, no politics. Your highness, please forgive the old dog.
