Hey Leaf I don't think it's a good idea to quit the current job first. It is always better to tell people you are currently employed, from what I have experienced all the HR people in China understand the OLGE!&!>

well, I've just got some good news from a foreign enterprise from Shanghai, seems they are quite R|, g<  
interested in me.....asking for my salary expectation, I told them the range from 10000 - 15000rmb. 783,s_
