Hey Leaf I don't think it's a good idea to quit the current job first. It is always better to tell people you are currently employed, from what I have experienced all the HR people in China understand the UhCd,  
situation and are willing to give you longer than normal time frame for relocation. 9GZF39w u

CHUBBY MM说的对, 其实你的专业还是应该挺好找的,如果你工资要求不是太高的话,应该有很多的机会.....国内的51job网站和各种猎头要多联系. 不过二年的工作经验好象确实少了点....

But what I can say is that I felt one of the effective way is that call or email  the HR people, no matter it is from the employer company or the agent. Breifly introduce yourself, backgroud, education, etc. do not say too much, if they are interested they will ask you email the CV, then you can start talk more about the position and idea pay. hXm}
