Blue Sorrow
By Rose Lu(Binghua) Tr. East Sea Fairy
Coming to the seashore quietly
I gazed out over the boundless sea
Endless worries
were dominating my surging heart
In which
The past was flying.
Enlightened by Buddha
I obtained a great kind heart
With elevated affections
I fell on my knees by Cupid
And all of a sudden my dream of love
Fled
That walked out the tent
Is a bosom Brother, not the fancy man.
Nothing is more dreadful than being desperate
The rocks in the sea
Robbed all love away, without a tiny bit left
The sea rolled on
While tears of grievance were flowing adown
Blue was the sea
Blue sorrow
