29th Annual San Francisco Ethnic Dance Festival
Take an unforgettable journey around the world as you experience the breathtaking beauty and explosive energy of the 29th Annual San Francisco Ethnic Dance Festival. Twenty nine companies representing dance traditions from 20 cultures and featuring more than three hundred of Northern California’s most acclaimed dancers and musicians will take to the stage over three weekends in June. The Festival is the largest and most prestigious gathering of its kind in the country. This year’s theme is Evocations with a different line up of performers each weekend. Featured performers include Leung’s White Crane Lion and Dragon Dance Association, solo performer Crystal Lee of China Dance School & Theatre and Lily Cai Chinese Dance Company. So come once or come three times, just don’t miss this extraordinary annual celebration of our global artistic heritage .
