1, 天主教 believe in Juses' mothe(mother mary) but 基督教 does not. Zi[)(agAT  
2, 天主教 does not allow the prist to marry (I don't know how to spell it, he is the person hold the mess in church) but 基督教 does. This bring to a big difference, because the "prist" in 基督教 will need to support their own church as well as their family. Therefore the religion is more like a business for them, rather than a religion.
