This is a great article which is a wake up call to most of the Chinese and their government. China has achieved a lot in the last 30 years. But it has far not rechied the same lavel of the western countries. 8l| v#^v

Smart guy! What he says here is top issue China really need to deal with, with sincerity and devotion. The government should take responsiblity. Hopefully it is only a matter of time. I remember I watched a movie, forgot the name. The movie was based on a real story during the WWII. The Japanese military captured a bunch of American and British engineers (also in the military) and ordered them to build a bridge for the Japanese army. These western engineers did build a high quality bridge for them, anyway, the detail was not quite clear. What struck me most was the scene when the Japanese general went to inspect the bridge and he was surprised at the quality and detailed work of the bridge and he was awakened and lightened and inspired by the excellent work done by the british and american engineers. My point is, China nowadays really need people who have their feet on the ground. Look at ancient Chinese art works and craft pieces, and buildings, they are beautiful and they last thousands years, why? because these were quality works. We don't see that quality nowadays, which is so sad. {7^7 )^@

I might have seen that movie; did those westerners have to blow up the bridge at the end of this movie? They were really sad, because that bridge was their hard work, but they had to do it, because they wanted to defeat Japanese. 1nh2()QI[
