3ckclO\|> country is smaller than that of New York City—around 6 million. A real

x]j W<A is being hampered by areas too dangerous to cultivate.

],. Not to mention the continuous crop of amputees among the poorest
xyXa . peasants trying to work the fields, and children who romp around in
TWX.D`W the uncleared areas of Laos. We in the USA really do live in shuttered
} ^\oCR@ island. Will what we don’t know or care to know about the world we’ve
n + M <\ partially created come back to haunt us? It already has.
