　　医患关系紧张是当下社会的敏感话题，由六六编剧，吴秀波、海清、张嘉译主演的《心术》又一次触及到社会矛盾最敏感的神经，该剧由六六深入医院两年写出的同名小说《心术》改编，正在浙江、安徽、天津、东方卫视以及搜狐视频同步播出。

　　早在小说出版时，“美化医生之嫌”就被读者指摘缺乏剖析医患现实的力度。从播出剧集看，仍是如此。固然可以表现医护人员的爱心以及遭遇不公的苦衷，但是不是也该花点笔墨和镜头解读一下病人的立场和心理？

　　剧中对敏感话题的触及很大胆，如“没有家属签字做不做手术”、“墓地太贵死不起”等问题，可谓“小医院折射大社会”，延续了六六作品一贯的犀利且不失幽默的风格。

　　医生队伍太纯粹

　　该剧以医患之间最司空见惯的问题开篇，“家属不在时，先签字还是先救人”。大有前途的医生谷超华（于毅饰）在没有家属签字的情况下，以治病救人为先，孰料病人术后突然死亡，谷医生无辜蒙冤，为自己的责任感付出惨痛代价。

　　针对这一开篇便张力十足的情节设置，无论是从医生或是病人角度看，都是合理的。随后，主要角色陆续出场，老成持重的“大师兄”刘晨曦（张嘉译饰）、风骚花心的“二师兄”霍思邈（吴秀波饰）以及职场新人“小师弟”郑艾平（翟天临饰），还有伶牙俐齿、八面玲珑的美小护（海清饰），性格各具特色，即便是霍思邈这样看起来不着调、为了追美女用尽小手段的人，也始终会把医生的职业道德放在首位。如当给美女妈妈做手术的动机被大师兄质疑时，霍思邈说，“我追不追这个女孩儿，都不会影响我的专业判断。”唯一表现医生也是普通人的情节主要集中在霍思邈的戏份以及他与美小护之间打情骂俏的暧昧关系上。

　　在一群个个没有私欲、人人医德为先的医生中，如何向观众传达“信、望、爱”的理念？显然无法通过正反形象的对比让观众潜移默化地领悟，而只能靠所有正面角色直白地、不断地向观众灌输，而这恰恰是艺术表现中最拙劣的手段。还有王诗槐扮演的主任，每每出场都是通篇说教式的大道理，如此生硬地凸显医生高大形象或许会让观众有逆反心理。

　　倒是剧中副主任的一席话语甚是鲜活，浅尝辄止地道出了民生遇到的诸多无奈，让观众深有共鸣，“在菜价涨、油价涨、CPI涨，就是工资不涨的情况下，这是拨给我们的人均医疗费用。钱呢，我上哪弄钱呀？所以我斗胆说一句，光靠个人英雄主义，解决不了实际问题。如果有一天自己患病无治愈希望的话，绝不拖累大家。”“墓地太贵，尽量不给孩子添负担；让我说，墓地还是不够贵，如果再贵点，今后火化不留骨灰，愿意捐献给医疗事业的会越来越多，对医疗和环境都有好处。”

　　病患群像太夸张

　　戏剧要靠矛盾冲突推进情节，而《心术》的医生队伍是高尚的、纯粹的，那么，作为矛盾冲突的“反方”，一个个被丑化、单一化的病患先后亮相了。前两集中不少奇奇怪怪的急诊病人亮相，有拽着医生死不撒手的，有压根儿不知自己伤在何处的，难怪有观众调侃说，这些病人应该去精神病院。

　　有在医院工作的网友留言，谷医生事件发生后，有媒体强行冲进他的诊室进行采访，有住院病患生硬地拒绝其诊治等情节几乎是不可能发生的，称是被导演夸大，甚至丑化了。第7、8集中，有家属因亲人突然死亡无法接受，情绪失控抄起东西砸向医生，“流氓行径”十足；还有家属术前求神拜佛的，要求医生贴符的，愚昧至极……

　　六六曾说，她相信医生队伍中99%的都是好医生，此话不假，借用到病患及其家属身上同样如此，99%都是讲道理的，也可能会出现1%的极端行为。因此，如若在剧中客观地展现医、患双方的立场、心态，该剧倡导的医患和谐才会更有说服力，更显力度。

　　遗憾的是，除“钢丝男”稍显丰满外，剧中其他病患或家属过于单一、丑化的形象有失客观。而“钢丝男”恰恰是六六根据真实病例改编而成：生活贫困、身患骨癌、左腿截肢……因疼痛难忍，便将一根钢丝插入头中以分散疼痛，且钢丝未伤及头部重要神经而幸运存活。从最初被视为异类，到医生了解了他的病情、家境后，免费为其治疗。“钢丝男”最后被医生的爱心感化，但为了不拖累家庭，最终选择了自杀。从该例可以看出，艺术源于生活，并高于生活。

　　■编剧释疑

　　六六：为医患建立信任

　　对于《心术》不乏美化医生形象之嫌，六六说，从创作开始，她就没有想要像《白色巨塔》那样去表现医疗体制的腐败，医生人性的阴暗面；她想探寻的就是当下社会信任缺失的问题。病人对医生信任吗？老婆对老公信任吗？家长对孩子信任吗？如果通过这部剧，双方能多些信任和理解，关系能有所改善，应该算是成功吧。

　　近两年医患关系不断出现问题，在六六看来，有的病人是将原本应该由体制承担的问题转嫁到了医生身上，这对于医生来说是不公平的。“我为什么要写这样一个群体？道理很简单，就是通过我换一个视角，让百姓也换一个视角。医患之间建立良好的信任关系，受益的不是医生，而是患者。如果不尊重、不善待他们，这个行业每天被贬低、被怀疑，甚至医生的生命安全都得不到保障，那么造成的后果是什么？就是从事这个行业的人会越来越少，那么以后谁来保管我们的生命呢？”
